Role Overview
Join our growing design team to create intuitive and powerful interfaces for complex IoT-driven systems. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and IoT engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences for facility management professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve complex interfaces for energy management and IAQ monitoring dashboards
Conduct user research and usability testing with Thai-speaking customers
Create and maintain design documentation and prototypes using Figma, Framer, and Miro
Contribute to our design system maintenance and evolution
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, and IoT teams
Balance new feature development with existing product improvement
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization and dashboard design
Proficiency in Figma and Miro (Framer would be plus)
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Fluent in Thai and English
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with 3D interface design
Knowledge of IoT systems and constraints
Experience designing for facility management or industrial applications
Background in energy management or building systems
Day-to-Day You'll:
Create wireframes and prototypes for new features
Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback
Conduct user interviews and usability tests
Collaborate with developers on implementation
Update and maintain design system components
Work directly with IoT engineers to understand system capabilities
