Case Study
Mintel
Mintel, the first smart hotel in Thailand, fully integrated CERO and HERO from the outset. The hotel requires only a front desk staff during the night shift, as most operations can be monitored and managed remotely. This efficient use of technology reduces the need for a large staff while ensuring high-quality service. Guests enjoy seamless experiences through Guest Connex, accessible via a QR code in the room, connecting them to all services and allowing control of everything in the room from the palm of their hand.
Amber Pattaya
Amber initially began using Alto HERO, which significantly enhanced the operational efficiency of the hotel, and has now fully integrated CERO with Autopilot, resulting in electricity cost savings in guest rooms. As a result, the hotel is now able to prepare rooms for new guests more quickly, achieving a higher room quality ratio (based on inspection rates) than ever before.
In the last two quarters of that year, Alto HERO expanded to three additional neighboring branches within the hotel chain. This expansion further shares their best practices that streamlined the hotel's services and increased customer satisfaction among the chain. With CERO operational, Amber is projected to save approximately 1 million THB this year, which amounts to around 86,000 THB per month, across its 222 rooms.
Holiday Inn Pattaya
Holiday Inn has been running a POC room and had shown 51% potential saving in that particular room. A POC room can help owner justify the working of Autopilot system and the estimate amount of savings it delivers. Holiday Inn has proceed to integrate Alto CERO in their 500 rooms. It is expected to save more than 5 million THB annually.
